Christopher Barfield joined OUBO as our Senior Fire Protection Engineer. Chris worked for over 15 years in the Fire Marshall’s office of Chesterfield, VA.

Ruta Vasiukevicius earned her Permit Technician certification through the ICC Academy.

Darin Clements joined OUBO. Darin is a Building Inspector with certifications in multiple inspection types. His extensive experience includes 16 years as a building inspector at the city of Charlottesville and most recently, five years as a superintendent for a regional contractor.
